Questions
About systems and automation.
Do you take a percentage of what the system processes?
Never. Payments run through your own processor. Our fee is the build and the monthly plan, and it does not grow with your revenue.
What if we already use a booking app or a point of sale?
Then we connect to it, or we compare what it costs you against a custom version you own. Work on a platform you keep is $85 an hour, quoted first. If yours is the right tool, we say so.
Who owns the data?
You do. It lives in a database we run for you, backed up daily, and you can take a copy at any time.
