How it works
Request, quote, preview, build, live.
Five steps, and nothing is paid until you have seen the preview. This is the same rail you will see on your dashboard once we start.
- 1
Request
Tell us what you need in a note, a voice memo or the guided brief. Pictures of what you like are welcome. No account is required; if you make one, the request appears on your dashboard.

Quote
We read it properly and come back in writing with a flat build fee (from $299), the monthly plan that fits, and exactly what is included. If anything is unclear we ask before quoting, not after. You accept on your dashboard, or tell us what to change.

Questions
Everything we get asked, answered.
What does “preview first” mean?
For every website, we build a working preview within 48 hours of accepting your quote, before you pay anything. Click through it, open it on your phone, show your team. If you love it, we finish it and invoice the build fee. If you don't, there is nothing to pay.
Do I own my website and files?
Yes, completely. Source code, design files, assets. While your plan is active you can ask at any time for a copy of your codebase and instructions for hosting it elsewhere, and we send both at no charge. You are never locked in.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays live through the period you have already paid for, then comes offline. We send you a copy of your work and keep it restorable for a while: 30 days for your data and 90 days for your codebase. Come back inside those windows and we switch it back on. After they close, returning means a $99 rebuild fee.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
Never. If your site sells online, payments run through your own processor and the money is yours. Our fee is the build and the monthly plan, and it does not grow when your revenue does.
What if I need more changes than my plan includes?
Your included time each month can go toward anything: content, tweaks, small new features. If you need more in a busy month, extra work is $85 an hour and only ever with your approval, quoted first and itemised on your next invoice. An extra content swap on the smaller plans is $25. If you are over most months, we move you up a plan instead, because it costs you less.
How fast can you deliver?
Websites: a working preview within 48 hours of accepting a quote, then final delivery one to three business days after you approve it. Graphic design: two to three business days for most pieces. Systems and automation: a timeline comes with the quote.
Why is your hosting so affordable?
We keep operations lean and pass the savings on. The $49 a month Care plan covers hosting, SSL, daily backups, monitoring, security updates and small content changes. Hosting alone is typically around $25 a month elsewhere, before any support. A site with no database or backend runs on Lite for $29 a month.
What counts as a system or automation?
Anything that removes a repetitive step: booking, ordering, customer accounts, approvals, scheduling, reporting, follow-up, internal dashboards. Sometimes it is a full build. Sometimes it is connecting two tools you already pay for. Sometimes it is just better structure, and we will say so.
What industries do you work with?
Restaurants, fitness, wellness, hospitality, film, trades, studios. The industry matters less than the problem: a site that does not bring enquiries, admin that eats the week, tools that do not talk to each other. If the problem is clear, we can usually help.
How do you price a build?
Every build is a flat fee quoted in writing before we start, from $299. It is priced to the work involved and the time it takes, and you approve the number before anything is built. Larger builds are split half up front and half on completion, and a build fee can be spread over your first few invoices if you ask.
Can you work on a site I already have on Wix or Squarespace?
Yes. If your site lives somewhere you control, no monthly plan is needed: design, build and integration work on that platform is $85 an hour, quoted before we start. When you outgrow the platform, the full build and plan are waiting.
Ready when you are.
