What does "demo first" mean?
For every website project, we build you a fully working demo site before you pay anything. You click through it, test it on your phone, show your team — and only pay if you want to move forward.
How fast can you deliver?
Graphic design: 24–72 hours. Websites: 24–48 hours. Automation tools: depends on scope — we'll give you a timeline after the initial call. Rush options are always available.
Why is your hosting so affordable?
We keep operations lean and pass the savings to you. Our $49/mo Care plan covers hosting, SSL, daily backups, monitoring, security updates and small content changes. Most companies charge around $25/mo for hosting alone, before any support. If your site has no database or backend at all, the Lite plan keeps it online for $29/mo.
Do I own my website and files?
Yes — 100%. Source code, design files, assets — it's all yours. While your plan is active you can ask us at any time for a copy of your codebase and instructions for hosting it elsewhere, and we'll send both at no charge. You are never locked in.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays live through the period you have already paid for, then comes offline. We send you a copy of your work and keep it restorable for a while after: 30 days for your data and 90 days for your codebase. Come back inside those windows and we simply switch it back on. After they close, the work is gone from our systems and returning means a $99 rebuild fee.
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
Never. If your site sells online, your payments run through your own processor and the money is yours. Our fee is the monthly plan and nothing else — it does not grow when your revenue does.
What if I need more changes than my plan includes?
Your included time each month can go toward anything — content, tweaks, even small new features. If you need more in a busy month, extra work is $85 an hour and only ever with your approval: we quote it first and it shows itemized on your next invoice. An extra content swap on the smaller plans is $25. If you find yourself over most months, we will move you up a plan instead — it costs you less.
What is business automation?
Business automation means reducing or removing repetitive steps that slow your company down. That can include booking flows, approvals, scheduling, reporting, follow-up, data handling, internal dashboards, customer communication, or other tasks that don’t need to be done manually every time. Sometimes it’s full automation. Sometimes it’s just better structure.
What industries do you work with?
We work with businesses across different industries. What matters most is not the niche — it’s whether there are bottlenecks, repeated admin, poor information flow, or processes that need better structure. If the workflow problem is clear, we can usually help.
How do you price automation projects?
Two models: one-time builds or monthly support. We scope around value first. If the savings, visibility, or operational improvement aren’t clear enough to justify the build, we’ll say so before recommending anything.
Do you offer payment plans?
Your build fee is due once, after you approve the demo — from $299, quoted to your project before we start. After that it's just your monthly plan, billed month to month with no contract. Larger quoted builds are split 50% upfront and 50% on completion, and we can spread a build fee over your first few invoices if you ask.
