Text alerts

Design over Atlanta studio alerts.

Who gets them

Only the owner of Design over Atlanta, at his own mobile number. These are internal alerts from the studio's own software to the business owner. No one else can sign up, and no customer is ever texted by this program.

How he opts in

Signed in to the studio's admin as the owner, he sees his own mobile number on the opt-in form, ticks "I agree to get these texts at this number" and presses "Turn on texts". Then he turns texting on for each piece of work he wants it in, and each time his phone gets a confirmation text.

The opt-in form in the studio admin: the program, how often, rates, HELP, the opt-out words, the privacy line, his mobile number, an I agree box and a Turn on texts button.

Right after he presses "Turn on texts", the page says "Texts are on. A confirmation text is on its way to your phone." and his phone gets one text that names the program, how often, the rates, HELP and STOP.

The Texts page in the studio admin right after Turn on texts is pressed, saying: Texts are on. A confirmation text is on its way to your phone.

What they say, and how often

Short questions when a task needs his approval, which he answers by text. How many depends on his work: usually 0 to 20 a day. For example:

DOA: DOA site: billing page fix is done and the tests pass.
